WebOct 4, 2013 · Starting two days ago, my phone will only take a charge when it is off. When it is on, it acts like nothing is happening when I plug it in, although sometimes it flashes the charging symbol whether the charger is plugged in or not. I have the latest atop build, although I have been running the rom for a couple weeks with no problems.
