WebMar 29, 2024 · The analysis of FT-IR spectrum of CuO shows peaks at 602.09, 678.39, and 730.19 cm −1 which refer to the formation of CuO. SEMimages indicate the morphology of CuO and ZnO nanoparticles. Result of EDX characterization indicates that the both synthesized nanoparticles have good purity with very less amount of impurities.
