Ordered 2 towels that took almost 2 weeks to arrive (and I paid delivery) and I had needed them for guests staying prior to that so bought others instead. WebWayfair would send the order to the manufacturer, who would then ship it. However, if the manufacturer had already pulled the item and sent it out for shipping, Wayfair would have to contact the manufacturer to know if it shipped or not. Further, Wayfair would not really make anything out of the deal if they pushed the order through.
