WebYou can be as tanky as a PA heavy gunner with this combo. Quad commando weapons are the single best for DPS, yes. Better than bloodied. Maybe a combo of sentinel/cavalier armor pieces. My bloodied stealth commando is as tanky as my heavy gunner in daily Ops with a simple switch of sneak for dodgy and escape artist for born survivor. Webbest builds in the game are vats crits (rr, epr, pc, cold shoulder, etc.) or auto melee (saw/axe/shredder) + respective buffs. freeaiming bloodied heavies or bloodied stealth commandos are not as good, they've never been as good. I’ve always used heavy gunner (about level300) and I find it insanely good.

WebAs a bloodied commando with a qe25 handmade I use only a few dmg reduction perks since I can usually kill from a distance before being killed. When I run my bloodied enclave flamers it’s full dmg reduction. Dodgy, ricochet, adamantium skeleton, fireproof, serendipity, blocker, ? Armor is going to play a roll so get rolling that Secret Service.
WebThe being said, more damage is more damage. Stealth commando is still fine and perfectly viable for end game bosses. You just aren't getting nearly as much bonus damage as you did before. Crits are most probably much better from Railway due to all going through ballistic, not split with energy, so base is much higher. I wouldn't recommend it for rifleman for daily runner.
