For anyone who is considering this, allow me to attempt to persuade you against it. WebIn general risk is bad in Darkest Dungeon. It's a long enough game that if you consistently gamble on something, you will eventually get unlucky, and the penalties for "failing" a gamble like this are much larger than the rewards for succeeding the gamble. That said the party is almost good.

Webyou don't want to put focus ring on paper classes like gr or hound. sun ring is still good and will have uses since it's universal and can be found before most comparable trinkets. There is a mod that removes negative stats on trinkets. Sounds cheaty but tbh the game is still infinitely hard even with it.
